Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a high-performance, fibre-reinforced self-levelling compound designed for use in floor refurbishment projects. It is suitable for levelling and smoothing uneven floors in both commercial and domestic environments, providing a stable and durable base for tile, stone, vinyl, carpet, and wood flooring.
With its superior strength, this screed is ideal for areas with high load requirements, including those exposed to castor wheel traffic. It can be applied in a single layer from 3mm to 40mm, making it versatile and efficient for renovation projects. Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is also compatible with underfloor heating systems, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity for an even heat distribution.
