Here is how you return product to us:
You can return any goods you’re not satisfied with for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, after this time it will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. We do not accept returns outside of 30 days. We cannot accept the return of perishable, special order items or matting sold by the m2. If you do wish to return a product, please send us an e-mail to info@thetilershub.co.uk within 14 days. You can find out full details in our terms and conditions.
Damaged or Faulty
If your goods arrive damaged, please make sure you write on the delivery note that they are damaged and notify the driver. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any damages. If you do notice any damage, or your goods develop a fault, send us an e-mail at info@thetilershub.co.uk with photos and details of the fault and we will look to resolve this ASAP.
Cost of Return
If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return. Where you have changed your mind, you will need to arrange the return and cover the cost of this.
