Here is how you return product to us:

You may return any goods you are not satisfied with for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. After this period, a 25% restocking charge will apply to eligible returns. We do not accept returns outside of 30 days.

Non-returnable items:

Perishable goods.
Special order items.
Matting sold by the m².
Powdered adhesives, levellers and grouts (due to storage and quality control requirements).

Damaged or Faulty

If your goods arrive damaged, please make sure you write on the delivery note that they are damaged and notify the driver. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any damages. If you do notice any damage, or your goods develop a fault, send us an e-mail at info@thetilershub.co.uk with photos and details of the fault and we will look to resolve this ASAP.

Cost of Return

If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return. Where you have changed your mind, you will need to arrange the return and cover the cost of this.
